I’m going to show you how you can grow your business faster without having to hire more staff.
I talk to a lot of professional service providers and consultants. The problem is they feel that they need to hire more staff but more staff are EXPENSIVE and, anyone who’s been in business a while knows that a lot of times more staff means more headaches.
Grow Your Business without Needing to Hire More Staff
The way we do that is by making sure you do the work once, do the hard work in your business once. What do I mean by that? Here are three important things that you may consider.
1. Create Templates
For example, for myself, I have a template of how I create my blog post videos just like you see above this text.
I have templates of how I send out emails to my clients and to my prospects and to my community at large. I have templates on how I run my training webinars and the way that I work with my clients in my insider program, my accelerator program. I have templates to how I run my accelerated momentum calls and implementation calls to help people get their work done faster. So, I have a whole bunch of templates.
2. Utilize technology
The second thing you can do is you can utilize technology. You can invest in technology to make things easier, to automate parts of your business.
In my IT support business, for example, we invested a quarter of a million dollars into some software that allowed us to automate eighty percent of our entire business structure and how we delivered the service to our clients. Eighty percent of how we deliver the service is now fully automated. We didn’t have to do it because we invested in this technology and then the time to program it, to make it so it would do the work once.
So how could you be using technology?
Now, you don’t have to spend a quarter of a million dollars like we did. I definitely haven’t invested that kind of amount into Business Builders Academy, but I’ve still been able to manage to automate around 60, 70, maybe even 80% of what I do in Business Builders Academy as well though technologies. So, ask yourself what you can use.
3. Outsource
The third thing is outsource to a team. So rather than bringing in a whole bunch of people in-house, how could you be outsourcing certain tasks or certain elements of your business to a team who’s experienced and know what they’re doing?
For example, my team help me prepare my blog posts, edit my videos and setup my landing pages, and to save them the hassle to find and train their own team I’ve made my personal team accessible to our accelerator members, to help them to get their blog posts done, to get a landing page up, and support them on the various other strategies that we implement in their business together.
What’s taking the most time in your business?
Leave me the comments below. I’d love to hear from you. Until then, think bigger, work smarter, live life and make sure, and most of all, you do what you like.
And as always if you need help to implement more in your business, consider applying to join our Accelerator community.
